Please note that lift gates are not available from LTL (less-than-truckload) shipping carriers for products over 96 inches in length. Because most commercial kitchen exhaust hoods and restaurant hood systems exceed this length, customers should be prepared with proper unloading equipment, such as a forklift or a loading dock, at the time of delivery. This ensures safe handling of your equipment and prevents damage during offloading.
Freight delivery includes one shipment only, delivered directly to the job site address listed on your proposal. Any items requested to be shipped early or separately will incur additional freight charges, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please understand that all freight charges provided at the time of quoting are estimates. Final shipping costs may vary depending on current freight rates at the time your order is released for production.
Our restaurant hood systems are carefully built to order. Standard production takes approximately two weeks, ensuring that every hood is manufactured to meet your specifications and industry code requirements. Once complete, the delivery timeline from our factory to your location can take up to two additional weeks, depending on your geographic location and carrier availability. This means most customers can expect their complete order within a 3–4 week timeframe from the time of purchase.
